Stan, of Bauerle Roofing LLC, was prompt, friendly, professional, kind, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He made many visits - to go over materials, scope of work, and details, as well as to oversee the actual work. The work crew were hard-workers and polite and did a complete tear-down and re-roofing job in one day and a complete clean up job. Bauerle Roofing also replaced our gutters, with the the same professionalism, promptness and clean-up. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them.

The representative of the company made an appointment for the day after I called and showed up on time. The roof doesn't leak anymore, so I think it was a success. It was more expensive than we'd expected, but then what isn't... Communication was terrible though, and I don't know if we'd go with this company again.

Bob was able to get an estimate for the roofing work I needed in just a couple of days. He communicated timelines and cost so I knew what to expect. The team that showed up to complete my job was quick, courteous and professional. The result was great and all the overflow and runoff issues we had were resolved.

If there was a Super Super Service award Bauerle should get it. Stan was fantastic! I'd called 5 other companies before Bauerle (three of which were "Super Service" award winners.) NONE of them called me back. Stan returned my call within an hour and showed up later that day. I had my estimate the following day. He also met with the insurance adjuster and tried to make a case for hail damage to my roof. The roofers did a great job. There were a few hiccups getting the gutter crew here, but those were mostly due to miscommunications and extenuating circumstances. When they did come, they finished in an afternoon.

Repair was made in July of 2021. To date I am not aware of any problems with the repair, so I can conclude that the workmanship was handled professionally. I also appreciate the company gave me what I needed, which was a price for repair, and not try to sell me a whole new roof.

Initial response was immediate. They came out to check the job and provided a very reasonable estimate. The team who came out did a great job and were professional. Did have a little longer wait time due to how busy they were because of time of year. However, this was not a problem since job was not urgent. I will use them again!

From start to finish, Bob was as punctual & responsive as they come! Very friendly & eager to get the job done right! It took us awhile to choose our shingle color & style, but Bob was not only patient, he also provided tips & past projects to view, which was a huge help. The crew was courteous, hard working & did a super job with clean-up. Bob goes the extra mile & we were indeed happy with the finished project!

Bob and the team are great. Ours was a fairly complicated project with some insurance work and some out-of-pocket work. Scott was the manager and took us from estimate through insurance through all the work and ultimately final payment. They managed well through the small issues that arose. Pleased with the outcome!

Very well. I used Bob's team twice on my inlaw's house, which unfortunately had a poor quality roof installation when the house was built in 2012. This resulted in shingles coming undone during windstorms. Bob's team was always very responsive the two times we needed help with the roof, got the required fixes done promptly, and was more than fair with the pricing for my aging inlaws on a fixed income. We have since sold the house but I'd recommend Bob without hesitation.

2nd review. At first, not good. It took way to long to get scheduled, However, when I finally gave up and complained, Mr Bauerle took over and got the job done as soon as he could. Workmen got here fairly early and started right in taking off old gutters and downspouts and putting up new ones. They worked very hard in high heat and humidity. Cleaned up very well when they were done.

Outstanding. Monte let me know when he could be out, showed up on time, installed my pre-purchased stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guards all the way around the house (approximately 206 linear feet), cleaned up and removed all packaging, and was on his way. I am very happy with the price and the work.
