They did great work. Dropped phone off at 9:00 am. Promised it would be completed around 1pm - called at 1:15 and said it was ready. Fast and easy.

Went to have a battery replaced in two watches including my Skagen watch. Clerk said they were not supposed to work on Skagen watches, but he could do it. He broke the crystal and the face on my watch while installing the battery. Very apologetic and said they would send it to a jeweler for repair. Turned out that the local jeweler had to send it to an authorized Skagen repair station. Very poor follow up by Batteries Plus. I had to call manyu times to prod them into action. Finally received my watch today, May 12th. Took a total time of 49 days - very unacceptable.

I later went into Exciting Liting (on 86th St) and found the bulbs I was looking for. Good to know, I was thinking of replacing the lamp.
It seems that a store named and quot;batteries plus bulbsand quot; would 1) have the mogul bulbs available or 2) know that they are still available.
They don't have much credibility with me.

Service was very prompt and courteous. They were not able to get the back of the watch off to replace the battery, so they returned it to me, saying that they did not want to cause any damage. I was pleased that they were careful not to damage the watch.

They put the battery I had purchased for my watch in for free! They were very kind and helpful. They don't charge for putting a battery in, just for purchasing the battery. I was lucky, as I had already purchased the battery and they put it in for no charge out of kindness. Their prices for batteries are excellent and they do the work right in front of you!

KEVIN AND HIS CREW WERE VERY HELPFUL, ALSO VERY FRIENDLY, MY CAR BATTERY ACTUALLY WENT DEAD IN THE PARKING LOT OF THERE SHOP WHEN I STOPPED AT THE GAS STATION NEXT DOOR. THEY INSTALLED MY BATTERY WITH IN THE HOUR AND WERE VERY LOW IN PRICE, GOOD WORK
