From start to finish they did a wonderful job. Their receptionist that I initially spoke with on the phone was AMAZING and provided top notch education and service.
I couldn't make it over to my rental property where this work was being done at, but we were able to make arrangements for them to still have access to the house. They completed the work in a very timely manner and it looks great!
I would recommend them to anyone.
Just a heads up that the work performed does leave a really strong odor afterwards, so you may want to think about having it done when you are not staying in the house.

I called and set up the services prior to Christmas. The provider somehow lost me on the list - however - I called and they had someone over to my house within the hour. 3 hours later and my tub looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to others.

Bud was very friendly and did the work quickly. He was focused and got straight to work. He cleaned up after the job really well. The bathtub looks great. My only complaint was that I wish they would have gone over all of the options. They have a way to texture the bottom of the tub prior to the paint job to create a less slippery surface which I would have liked even though it would have been an extra charge.

Arrived on time. Bathtub looks great. I did have to call them out later for a little scratch on the tub's surface. but they came immediately and fixed it.

Everything turned out good. I'm doing very well with it. The only thing I'm not too fond of is that I'm able to use any mats with suction cups on the bottom.

"Suction cup mats can in fact damage the new coating under certain circumstances. As an alternative, we offer the public 2 options. The first is our permanent bathmat ($25) that does not use suction cups. The second option is for a non-skid pattern to be embedded ($69) within the reglazed finish itself."

The technician didn't show up for the first scheduled appointment but after rescheduling he showed up on time and made quick work of the tub resurfacing job. I would rate the quality of the job as only average (some areas of glazing are thin) but for the price it was adequate for my needs.

We have had problems with peeling on the tub ever since the work was done. I had them come out to repair the work and they were very rude to my husband. They have not been able to match the repairs to the first job and things have just been a mess! The reason there is nothing showing that the calking was done on the invoice, when they came to repair the first time and installed a floor lining, our original invoice does not state we had that installed either. The places they repaired were in the very back of the tub. The quality of the glaze is like paint, I would recommend no one use this company. The invoice says they warrant their products from defects for one year standard and 5 years for a deluxe, which is what we paid for. When I called them to come back out recently, they just mailed me a self repair kit. I am not the professional, Bath Magic is supposed to be. They also have a very unprofessional attitude.

ON 11/6/06 WE REGLAZED THEIR BATHTUB. SEVEN MONTHS LATER, WE RECEIVE A CALL REQUESTING SERVICE FOR WHAT WAS DESCRIBED AS “PEELING OFF EVERYWHERE AND CAULK THAT WAS COMING OFF”. AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR 8/10/07. ON THAT DAY, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00, OUR SERVICE REPS CALLED THE CHRISTI HOME TO INFORM THEM THAT WE WERE IN ROUTE, AND THAT ARRIVAL SHOULD BE EXPECTED IN AN HOUR DUE TO TRAFFIC DELAYS. WE ALSO INFORMED MR. CHRISTI THAT ACCORDING TO THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH THEM, WE HAD NOT EVEN DONE THEIR RECAULKING, AND REQUESTED THAT THEY HAVE THEIR PAPERWORK AVAILABLE FOR OUR REVIEW. ON ARRIVAL, WE REVIEWED THE BATHTUB WHICH APPEARED PERFECT OTHER THAN 6 PENCIL HEAD SIZE CHIPS ALL LOCATED WITHIN AN AREA THE SIZE OF THE HUMAN HAND, ALL LOCATED ON THE BOTTOM. THE DAMAGE APPEARED TO BE MAN MADE, AND CONSISTANT WITH IMPACT CHIPS FROM BEING STRUCK WITH A FALLING OBJECT (IE: SHAVING CREAM CANS). THESE WE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY. WITH REGARDS TO THE CAULK THAT WAS COMING OFF, THERE WAS A 2-3 INCH AREA WHERE THE CAULK WAS SEPARATED FROM THEIR TILE. THE GAP WAS PERHAPS THE WIDTH OF A PLAYING CARD. WE REQUESTED THAT MR. CHRISTI PRODUCE HIS CONTRACT, SO THAT WE COULD VERIFY HIS CLAIM THAT WE HAD CAULKED HIS TUB. THIS HE COULD NOT DO, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD REQUESTED IT IN ADVANCE. OUR SERVICE PEOPL"
