The plaque was completed in about a week with the information as I requested. This was a small job for Bardach, but they did a nice job on it.

Wonderful! and they managed to meet our deadline.  The receptionist, Jess, was so helpful and upbeat.
A great company to do business with.  It has a beautiful showroom of these designs in glass in metal etc.
It is worth visiting.

Bardach was wonderful to work with in designing and creating my plaque and was able to perform the work days in advance of my deadline!

Staff was easy to deal with and courteous. They are always on time and even call you when your order is complete.

Jessica Benge helped me through the process and was terrific. She made sure everything was right and made sure it was available when I needed it. Excellent work and service. The recipient was moved to tears!

Excellent interaction. The only disappointment I had was that even though this was meant to be a recurring order (we first ordered such clocks in 2005) the shop could not find our information from 2005 when we went to order for 2006. This was straightened out quickly, however.

Plates were ready on day I needed them but one of them was incorrect, so I went back that day to pick up a new one without charge. They now keep a file on me, so that I can fax what I need to them knowing all the specifics. Have used them twice in the last two months and they have it right! Very easy and convenient to fax order in and just go pick up sometimes done before time. They stand behind their product and replace at no charge if wrong.

They are great to work with. I found exactly what I wanted and they did it for me, no questions asked. Now everyone wants the FFFL Cup in their home.

The shop had no customers, but had three or four employees, so I was surprised to have the receptionist have me wait three or four minutes for a ''salesperson'' just to have a plate made. OK, maybe they were in a meeting, though they didn't really look busy. I'd already written up the inscription and was planning an in-and-out and only had 10 cents on the meter. I knew the prices at the shop were considerably higher than the high volume mail order, but I hadn't expected a trophy plate to cost more than ordering a trophy plus inscription via mail order. Oh, but what a trophy plate. Mail order would not have gotten me the brass plate with nicely incised letters! It's a you get what you pay for, and I needed the convenience. If I'd been ordering 25 school trophies, I'd not have been able to afford this. But to cover the cost of one trophy plate for one student so he could have a trophy from our storage cabinet when he hadn't gotten a well deserved award at a tournament...what's $8?
