They always arrive on time and get my piano sounding great. They make suggestions on other repairs that might be beneficial for keeping my piano up to snuff. I have an antique grand piano that is nearly 100 years old, it needs a lot of updating. They are able to tune it, even though it has the original strings, needs a pin block treatment, and has a cracked soundboard. It always sounds great when the leave. I always learn something when they come out. The last time I learned that keeping my humidifier on will help keep the piano in tune longer. Who knew!

The company scheduled the service quickly. The technician was on time and very professional. He worked steadily for 1 hour and 45 minutes, so I was pleasantly surprised that the charge was the minimum amount quoted.

Barbara Martin is deceased, but her daughter runs the company, but they still go by the name Barbara Martin. I spend about $100 on that service and it is very good because it is a grand piano. I continue using them because of integrity, trust and also the fact that I know them. They are very good.

I've always had a good experience. The tuner arrives on time (or within just a few minutes of on time), gets right to work, does a terrific job. Clean, reasonably quick (there's just no way to rush a piano tuning), and professional, for a fair price. They've given me some good advice about what type of cleaner to use on the keys, where to locate the piano in the room (away from outside walls, away from the radiator, etc.) to keep it in the best condition and in tune. I'll continue to use this company for as long as I have my piano.

DEBBIE MARTIN SEEMED VERY THOROUGH IN HER EVALUATION OF A USED MASON HAMLIN GRAND PIANO WE WERE LOOKING AT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HER FINDINGS. AFTER OUR PURCHASE OF THE PIANO, BARBARA MARTIN TUNED THE PIANO FOR US AND IT SOUNDS GREAT. THEY BOTH HAVE BEEN A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND WE WILL WORK WITH THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
