EXTREMELY RUDE. CANCELED SEVERAL TIMES. PROMISED OVERNIGHT SERVICE ACTUAL WORK TOOK 2 WEEKS. REFUSED TO ACCEPT FAULT FOR TARDINESS. ARGUMENTATIVE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY WHATSOEVER.
