Called and had appt. set up for within the next week. No problems getting appt. Very congenial and helpful receptionist on phone. When I mentioned getting company's name on Angie's List, she volunteered that there, then, would be a 15% discoint on the job. The crew arrived on time to do the job, and they did an excellent job in very short time. Very professional and experienced crew.

Very few can clean an Oriental rug without the fringe picking up dye. These people are pros and inexpensive because you take them and pick them up.

I always use Bane. I was not home at the time my sister was home and there was a price difference from what I normally pay and I called the office and spoke with Jan and she took care of it with no problem. I love this company they do an excellent job for me every time and I have been using this company for years. Other cleaning company come in my neighborhood running specials but I tell them no thanks Bane has my business and always will.

This provider did excellent work. The entire process from the initial contact to completion of the service went really well.
The employee who came to my house was excellent. Very happy with the outcome. I plan to definitely use this provider again.

I absolutely LOVE bane clene. I only use them to clean my carpet. No one else is allowed to clean my carpet. Its so funny cause every time I call to make an apt the lady that answers the phone knows me by name.

Workers showed up on time and were very professional. The carpet looks much cleaner than it did even 10 years ago after being cleaned by another company. Had only used home machines since then. The heaviest traffic area looks as clean as the other areas and that is saying a lot for carpet that is over 25 years old. A few spots I could never get out are gone. The sofa looks really clean with restored color but was left with some streaks. Not sure if it is because of the fabric or that it is a plain color. They are a little pricey, but all the furniture was moved out already so they cleaned every sq. inch. I would highly recommend Bane for cleaning carpet and would use them again.

He arrived on time and went right to work. He did a great job! He told us not to move the furniture back for 8 hours, because it could cause staining. We appreciated the advice. We have used this company before, and we will use them again! I do recomend them.

We moved a few items beforehand, but he cleaned and removed stains with a queen size bed, chests, etc. in the rooms. He advised us to stay off the carpeting as much as possible for about 6 hours.
The results were what we hoped for and felt the price was very reasonable with the Angie's List discount.

They were on time and did a Great Job! The Oriental Carpets look wonderful, and better than they've ever looked before compared to other cleaners that have cleaned them in the past. I would highly recommend their services to others. We have an Oriental Style carpet that is over a 100 yrs old that they cleaned and it turned out beautifully. They also cleaned our handmade wool rugs that turned out beautifully as well. A very professional and personable company.
