"DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL REQUESTING SERVICE, HE ASKED THAT THE CARPET IN HIS LIVING RM., DINING RM, AND HALL BE RESTRETCHED. WE QUOTED OUR STANDARD REPAIR CHARGE WHICH IS $65 MINIMUM 1HR. CHARGE AND ANY TIME OVER THE 1HR. MINIMUM CHARGE IS AN ADDITIONAL $65 PER HOUR BASIS. DURING THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT HE ADDED THE CARPET RESTRETCHING OF HIS MASTER BEDROOM WHICH ALSO REQUIRED A SEAM TO BE REPAIRED IN THE HALL. THIS ADDITIONAL WORK TOOK APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES. THEREFORE, AS STATED DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL FOR SERVICE, WE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $65 FOR THE EXTRA SERVICE PROVIDED. WE STRIVE TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS! AFTER SERVICE IS PROVIDED, WE IMMEDIATELY MAIL A THANK YOU CARD WHICH ALSO ASKS OUR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT US IF THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS REGARDING THE SERVICE. THIS PROCEDURE IS PERFORMED SO THAT WE CAN IMMEDIATELY RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM BECAUSE OUR GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM HIM THAT HE WAS DISPLEASED. HAD WE RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WE WOULD HAVE OFFERED HIM A FUTURE DISCOUNT ON SERVICES. AGAIN, OUR #1 GOAL IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES AS WELL AS KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. AS THE OWNER, I AM VERY UNHAPPY TO HEAR OF HIS NEGATIVE COMMENT AND WISH HE WOULD HAVE CONTACTED US DIRECTLY SO THAT WE COULD OF HAD A MORE SATISFACTORY SOLUTION."
