Bill Watson is great. I have hired him for painting for years--the first time in approximately 1996. He always does a good job at a good price. On this particular occasion, I called him about painting the exterior of my house. He came over in a timely fashion, we scheduled the work and it was done well and on time. I will definitely hire him again.

I have used Bill Watson for painting jobs on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the outcome. He and his assistant, Mark, did a great job. They even hung stained glass window decorations in the cathedral ceiling at our request.

Bill Watson is the most unprofessional subcontractor I've ever worked with. He bid the project out at two coats and that he would finish on time - he did neither. He kept insisting that he did apply two coats - if he did it was while the first was still wet. His assistent told me he didn't paint two coats in several of the rooms. There were obvious places where he missed. When all this was pointed out to him he insisted he did apply two coats. I asked him why there were missed spots and he said he couldn't deal with me and asked me to settle. I wouldn't let this guy paint my dog house.

Bill painted a thin coat of paint and there were streaks where paint had good and poor coverage. Several places were not painted at all. He didn't always use drop cloths and I had to clean up paint drips on the wood floors. I contacted him to arrange for him to come back to correct the paint problem and he said that he would get back to me. After contacting Tucker, Bill was more responsive. He did come back, but I had to point out every single place that needed attention. By the time he was about done, we both were getting very bothered. As he left he said that he saw that he had left paint dust on the floor and he went out the door. I cleaned up a lot more paint drips on the floor again.

HE WAS EXTREMELY PARTICULAR TO DETAIL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. STAYED FOCUSSED ON GETTING JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. IVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS.
