They were very responsive and were available for calls. The subcontractors he used were always good quality. The work was good and the cleanup was fine. We also recommended them to our neighbor for window replacement.

They were reasonable. My experience with their was phenomenal. They are fantastic. He is very old school in he how he does business so we backed everything up with contracts, but if he says he is going to do something, he does something, these guys are very very high standard for quality. I mean he is just a joy to deal with. He is a great guy. Their quality is fantastic. We like them so much. We have them back go get another estimate on another project. My husband is an engineer and he is a perfectionist and they satisfied that. They are not cheap, you get the quality for it. They are worth the price. They are just not inexpensive.

They're very conscientious and they sat down on detail cost so we can follow what their line items costs were. What parts we could do and they were timely. The cost is good. They did a good job.

I love them. B Davis is my go-to person. The next time I'm going to do anything on the house, I start with him. They're fair, honest, they have a good price, and very, very easy to work with. I can't recommend him high enough. He's just wonderful. B. Davis definitely goes above and beyond what is expected. With the addition to our house, he went through and he made sure that all the electrical outlets were to code, he replaced the smoke detector to stay and be up to code, it's that type of thing that he made it just hassle free and things taht I haven't even thought about. That's the way he operates.

I have three words to decribe B. Davis Remodeling...quality, professional, and perfect!! Bill Davis is a perfectionist and surrounds himself with people who take pride in the work they do. We built a 600 sq. foot room addition onto the back of our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of workmanship shown by his crew. From the roof to the crawlspace, they look at every little detail and make sure it's done right. If you are considering a remodeling project big or small, you should definitely call B. Davis Remodeling. You will be happy you did!

We had Bill construct a front porch last year for our ranch style home and was completely satisfied with the final product, so when we needed a total redo to our 28 year old 16 X 24 storage barn we contacted B. Davis Construction. He gave us ideas of what would work and showed us how the finish product would be. He put a new roof with the center vent (previously there were no vents) on that matched the house (he had reroofed the house last year). Then to make it maintenance free he suggested siding. We had the sliding barn type doors and he replaced them and made swing out doors. The finish product is very nice.

I had a bathroom remodeled. It was small with a horrible layout. Additionally, there was a window present that limited what we could do while staying within budget. Before I ever signed a contract, Mike spent several hours with me over several weeks to make sure I had the right tile, granite and fixtures and would be happy with the job. He also put a lot of detail into the layout to make sure it was perfect. The overall work quality was excellent and the bathroom looks amazing. They had a couple of small issues with timing that were beyond their control (waiting for glass to arrive). However, their communication was excellent and I always knew what was going on. They were also very flexible with some last minute changes (e.g. moving a floor vent). They worked with me on cost and that was greatly apprecaited. I would most definitely use them again.

Outstanding as always, has been as our projects with Bill Davis Remodeling and his crew. We have used him in the past five years to completely remodel area above garage From an unfininshed area into to a usable living space, as well as having them replace all of our windows. Their work is professional, their price is very competitive, and they guarantee satisfaction. While Mike was in the process of building our new cabinet, we had a leak in the shower, which was causing water to drip below into the closet. Mike stopped what he was working on, and repAired our shower, took out the soaked insulation, and came back later to repair the drywall. His immediate action was greatly appreciated. Cannot speak more highly about this contractor and have recommended him to several of my friends. At least two of them have used his services in the last 6 months, on jobs that included window replacement, and bathroom remodeling. My only hesitation in recommending Bill Davis Remodeling is that he might get so busy that he won't be able to work on our projects! First class contractor....honest, reasonably and fairly priced, and excellent workmanship.

With their help, I went from a dank, cramped, old bathroom to a fashionable, open, beautiful bathroom. Everyone who sees it comments on how nice it looks. It really elevates the entire home. Getting a dishwasher installed was just bonus.
They helped me pick the layout for the room and appropriate fixtures, but were very good about listening to my ideas and putting them to good use. Very satisfactory!

Client was open to creativity and designs that we had come up with. As were we to listen to there ideas. In the end, one of our most beautiful bathrooms we have done to date. Came out and looked over the house and got a list of the things we wanted accomplished. Made suggestions.
Came back with written proposal and cost of the job broken down by areas. Completely describing exactly what would be done, what materials used, clean-up, and cost of each step.
This way we could pick and chose if we wanted to do only parts of the job (due to expense).
Suggested where to go to pick out shower door, which we did and he took care of the delivery and set up.
As job proceeded, Bill was there most of the time overseeing the work done by his men. He was very particular about how things went.
Due to an unfortunate problem with the RV wiring, the converter and microwave in the camper were damaged. Bill contacted the RV manufacturer and obtained a replacement converter and installed it; and, replaced the microwave oven. There was NEVER a question about liability and he immediately apologized and replaced the items.
Everything was done neatly, no construction materials were left lying around.
Bill and all his workers were courteous and professional.
We paid about half the cost when we signed the contract on March 1 and the rest when we were completely satisfied on April 7. He waited until the camper was repaired before ever coming for the final payment.
We really liked the way the contract was written. Everything was right there in black and white. There was no question as to what was going to be done.

Bill Davis is very responsive, giving advice to help us improve our plans. We really appreciate all he and his firm are doing for us. The work is not yet complete, but from everything I have seen on this job and other related work, it is apparent it is going extremely well.

Our overall experience was great. From our first meeting to the finish we could not be more pleased. When Bill designed what we said we wanted I told him that there was a house that I liked how the pillars were, he went by the house so he would know what we wanted. He was good at details and if he saw something we might eventually need to repair he told us. Even as they worked the area was kept clean and we did not feel like we were in the middle of a big mess.

Outstanding! Bill goes so much over and beyond what is expected, he is very easy to work with, and his bid was below other bids that were to simply pour a concrete slab. Example: We told Bill we planned to use the old pavers to make a barrier to stop our dogs from trying to escape under the deck. Bill had his men build the barrier wall for us. The wall was far better than we could have done and saved us much time and labor. He found the reason for our wet basement and corrected it. The house is 60 years old and we bought it a few years ago. He was the one to find the concrete ledge below grade that slanted toward the house instead of away from it. Now we have a dry basement! A few years ago he put a two car garage addition on our house with a room addition on top. It is wonderful. Again, he went above and beyond by bringing the smoke alarms and outlets in the rest of the house up to code. He suggested, and we agreed, to add a small porch with peaked roof and posts to the front of the house to accent the front door as well as a circular drive to make it easier to use the front door. He showed us a way to make the roof line so that the room addition would look seamless. Beautiful! We have gotten many compliments on the work.

They have done an excellent job! I’m a personality person, and I really enjoyed the personalities of their employees. They were very friendly, clean, conscientious, and considerate. As matter of fact, I ended up buying lunch for them a few days because they were so wonderful.

"The member is actually one of my nieghbors, I have known him for years. the roof we did was from a Hail Storm (we did around 50 roofs in the hail). We are so detailed about our job, we installed Ice and water on an area that had leaked before, I think it is fine now. I have several jobs for nieghbors, it just doesn't bother me. I always say come on over and we can discuss a problem if there is one. The owner really worked with me and offered suggestions on things I hadn’t thought about. I liked working with him. There have been some issues with the flooring (i.e. low spots). B Davis has been very responsive to the issue, and we’re still working on fixing it. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.

"Member, was again a nice customer who allowed us to fulfill her dreams of a room addition on the back of her home. we installed a corner fireplace and laminate hardwood floors too. we are working on the floor issue. we overbuilt the entire room addition. we used 2x6 wall, high R-value insulation. Donna reported a decrease in energy costs. the room was 16' x 26' total 416 sq.ft. I love when we can add extra space and no more energy costs. this allows the customer to enjoy the room more and not worry of the heat of A/C costs. Thanks member, Bill Davis"

Outstanding. Bill worked with us to determine the best kind of energy efficient windows for our house. He provided us several quotes, gave us the pros and cons of the various windows, and helped us make the decision. His work crew painted the windows in our garage, along with the new molding. They then installed the new windows and the molding so it looks just like the windows looked before -- but even better. This was complicated, due to window seats, wallpaper, brick, bathroom tiles, etc -- but they did a great job. We were out of town for part of the installation and the work crew worked wonderfully to finish it up before we returned, cleaned up the area, etc. I would highly recommend Bill Davis Remodeling and his work crew for other remodeling or window jobs.

"Member's home was unigue in that he lives in Greenwood area with a wind tunnel effect. we used CertainTeed roofing that has a high wind rating. I contacted Bill on a Friday. He came out on a Monday to give me an estimate. I hired them on the spot, and they started on Wednesday of that week. It took them 2 days to complete because the decking for the roof was in much worse shape than expected. The crew was courteous and was very competent in their job. I think the job turned out exceptional and Bill worked with me on the price because of the condition of the decking and the fact that this was for insurance. Overall I am very pleased with the work performed.
