Apartments
I would not give Avery Point Apartments a very good review. They sent us a bill for $1000 for new carpet. When we moved in they had told us that all the units had new carpeting, because they replace it between each tenant. We ended up taking them to court over it. They kept postponing our court date forever and then they decided to settle.
