I usually do all auto repairs myself. I needed to repair the caliber brackets, but I did not have the proper equipment. A friend recommended Autoking and they did excellent work. They did an even better job than I would have done myself. The pricing was fair.

Excellent customer service.  Kept me highly informed of findings, recommendations and necessary repairs.  Work completed promptly as promised.

I have used them twice. It was okay. I have not had issues with what they have done. They were done when they said that they would be. I am questioning if I would use them again.

Butch and the guys are great. I take my cars in for all auto service work. They are always honest and have great prices. Oil change and tire rotation only cost about $25 plus your 5th oil change is free. Highly recommend for any work.

Have used Auto Kings for various service issues that I have had with my cars over the years. they are prompt, straight forward, and fair priced.

This a sad story. I have been a customer of Autoking since 2008 when my older cars were maintained by them. The owner, Butch and I had many enjoyable conversations while I waited for a repair. On Thursday, 9/19/13, I returned with an engine light on which he determined was a defective O2 sensor. He stated he could order one and asked me to return the next day, Friday. 9/20/13 at 8:45 AM. I gladly agreed and started out then for the appointed time.
As I just got on I-69 to find traffic at a dead stop, my phone rang and Butch told me they missed the earlier delivery and could I come back at noon. I told him that I was on a I-69, stopped in traffic, but that was no problem and I would wait for his confirmation the part had arrived. At 1:00 PM he called to say it had not arrived, could I come back Monday? I said that would be no problem and I could be back then. I then asked what the cost of the O2 sensor was and he replied it would be $145 plus the installation costs. I mentioned to him I could get the same brand part for much less and have it today and would he be OK if I
brought that part in so we could do it today?
He started to reply saying he hated “low-ball” stuff but that I could bring it in. But suddenly he then interrupted himself by raising his voice and saying (paraphrased) I don't have to take all of this b*llsh*t and that I needed to find somebody else to work on my car.
I was stunned but before I could reply he hung up the phone. I thought of this man as a gentleman and even a ‘friend’ in our customer/owner relationship. I have no idea what pressures he is under, but I have to do what he asked, and go
find another small business auto shop.
How can a business owner be successful when swearing at and hanging up on customers?

They're up-and-up and a small garage. My husband trusts them. They're prompt; they're done when they tell you.

They replaced my brake pads, changed oil, and did overall inspection of my car. I really like them. They are a kind of family organization. They are really nice guys. They come and pick the car and drop them back.

I go there regularly. I like them a lot. They have very reasonable prices on oil changes, but I'm not familiar with the pricing of their more extensive services. For the price of an oil change, all fluids are refilled, the rotate all tires, and they do a phenomenal job. Very thorough. The deal is buy four, get one free too, so its even cheaper.

From the very beginning, the team at Auto King seemed to care about our cars. We can always expect a friendly call from them after they have analyzed the car's needs and call us with options. I've not felt any sales "pressure". They give us options to fit our budget and tell us what 'must' be done vs what 'could' be done. If there is anything wrong with their work, they quickly make room and move you to the top of the queue and fix the issue free of charge, No hassle, No argument. I feel they they treat their customers like they would want to be treated.

Great. No problems and a fair price.

They are honest and I really like them. Their oil changes are very reasonably priced and they have some specials.

I went in for squeaky breaks. I had recently had new break pads put on the front by another company. I asked them to check the breaks and the work done by the other company. B**** Ambrose was very informative about what could be causing the squeaking and that my breaks could still squeak for no reason. They ended up just adjusting and cleaning my rear breaks and said the other company had done a good job on my front breaks. They told me I didn't need new break pads on the rear for a few more years. I liked that they could have told me anything and I probably woudl have believed them, but they didn't.

EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE EXACT WITH THEIR QUOTE AND DID NOT TRY AND UP SELL ME THINGS I DIDN'T NEED. SERVICE WAS QUICK AND ON TIME AND ACCURATE.

I WALKED IN THE STORE AND GOT GOOD SERVICE. DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. TOOK ABOUT 15-20 MIN FOR THE FREE INSPECTION AND FOUND OUT WHAT MY VEHICLE NEEDED. GOT A PRINT OUT SHEET. GOT INFO WHAT WAS WRONG. I WILL TAKE IT BACK THERE AND GET IT FIXED BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS LOWER THEN THE PEOPLE UP THE STREET. A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS DIFFERENCE. WORD OF MOUTH WILL GET OUT ABOUT AUTO KING. THEY REALLY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE, THEY CAN E-MAIL YOU WHEN THE CAR NEEDS OIL CHANGES TIRE ROTATION AND ETC. I LIKE THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT.
