Auto Rescue of Indianapolis

Such an unprofessional company. My insurance company should be embarrassed to work with them. An hour and a half after I called, they cancelled the order. Do NOT rely on them in the case of an emergency. I actually took time to l them and then found out the reason…. The technician did not have the equipment he needed. Are you kidding me? This is your profession. How do you not have what you need?

I locked my keys in my car. My insurance company sent my request for service to Auto Rescue. I received a text my wait time would be 59-89 minutes. An hour later, I hadn't received any more updates, so I called (a phone number out of Texas- I'm in Indianapolis) for an update and was told it would be another 30min- 1 hour. A half hour later, my service request was still in the same status, so I called again. The woman told me, AFTER I WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF, they canceled my service request because they didn't have anyone to send out. I called my insurance company again and told them what Auto Rescue did. Auto Rescue hadn't even alerted my insurance company they weren't coming, and for them to send my request to another company

I locked my keys in my car at work with no spare. I called my insurance holder and they matched me with Auto Rescue. I felt so much better because I received a text notification that they would be coming in the next half hour. They arrived on time and called when they were on site. He unlocked my door in less then a minute!! (Work security tried for 45 minutes with three different tools and were unsuccessful). It was amazing and made this sticky situation a whole lot better. Thank you!

I was a little leary because the last time I used a warranty company, my experience wasn't very good. This time however, I was pleasantly surprised. Kyle Green was here withing 15 minutes and changed the tire effortlessly. He pointed out the hole in my tire, suggested a company nearby for the repair and made sure I was extra careful not to blow the spare getting there. (This was the first time I had used the spare and considering I have a very large SUV, the tire looked small for even a compact car.)
