Just got possession of new house. Called on a Tuesday to schedule someone to come and clean our carpets before we moved in. They scheduled the appointment for Thursday between 12 & 2. The tech called at 12:15 to make sure we would be ready to have the carpets cleaned. He showed up promptly on time at 12:45 when he said he would be there. He went through the house, gave us the estimate before he started to make sure we were okay, and then promptly started. He worked very efficiently and completed the job in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with the work and will be contacting them again for our next carpet cleaning job.
