Over many years and multiple experiences, I've had nothing but outstanding advice, service and support from the guys at Audio Solutions (A/S). Graham, Zach and Vic are the best! However recently, I had the opportunity to see Audio Solutions’ expertise in a different light. I chose the Audio Solutions team as the low voltage contractor for our new custom designed and constructed home and I’m darn happy I did! As my previously experiences have been, this new one was superbly satisfying. Audio Solutions’ specified superb materials. They performed the efforts associated with smoke detector, doorbell and home security wiring. However, their audio centric background stood them apart from their apart from their peers. This meant they recognized and understood the importance of the cable/wiring selection process and the need to segregate Mains wiring from Low Voltage wiring to prevent RF (radio frequency) interference. More importantly, because of their audio and video focus, they were able to advise and implement in-wall TV pre-wiring and ceiling speaker placement for accurate home theater sound and video reproduction. Audio Solution’s installation was done with great care and attention to detail and they worked diligently to satisfy our new home’s many requirements. I couldn’t speak more highly or recommend the gang at Audio Solution’s more for audio, video equipment, but now, for the hardware and wiring of everything associated with a house’s low voltage requirements (e.g. automation, security, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, audio and home theater).

Considering new speakers, stopped by tonight to listen to some different brands. To my surprise they had a new location/ new store. This place is a high end audiophile's dream. They have the type of equipment that you really only read about. Sonus Fabre, Magico, Band W, Mark Levingston, etc, but more important they have trade in equipment of some very high in brands. This was very exciting to me as someone on a budget you can find these gems. I can't stress enough how friendly they are. I was being treated the same as the guy who bought the $180,000 Magico speakers, even though I was after $2,500-3000 range. I left not feeling pressured, asked to come back listen to anything again, bring in any of my music. I have multiple choices to make, love the local feel of the place. Now I just have to decide which set I am going to purchase. Fantastic local company!

Was having some trouble finding new speakers that gave me the sound I was looking for. The true hallmark of a great local shop is the care and time they put forth into helping the customer;
I had a somewhat constrained budget compared to some of the dream speakers and equipment Audio Solutions has available. However, I was not pushed to make a decision. I was allowed to take home a demo pair to hook it up to my system, I did not like them, I took them back. I took home another pair of speakers, I did not like them, I took them back. So finally, after speaking with Graham, we decided it would be best for me to just bring in my pre/pro and amp and plug them up at the shop so I could demo some other speakers. Problem solved, I got the speakers I wanted, for the price I wanted.
If you have never heard high end audio gear in action, stop by and give a listen. Very friendly staff.

It went very well. We are not completed as of this date. But, Graham, the owner, has been very helpful as well as Zach, who works with Graham. I feel that Audio Solutions is highly competent, fair and honest - I would definitely recommend this company as well as use them again.

I called Audio Solutions and spoke with Jeff Jones. He tried very hard to trouble shoot with me over the phone so that I might avoid the hassle and cost of bringing the turntable in. Unfortunately, Our efforts didn't help. Still I was very impressed that he took the time to really talk me through several things before deciding that he would need to see the unit. I took it in and was told it would be ready hopefully the next day and that he would call me. He did what he could before realizing that I had not left the power cord with him. I took the cord in and we found that the unit was still running fast. Jeff thought that a few adjustments would take card of the issue so I decided to wait in the shop. He tried several things, working over half an hour and still not being completely satisfied. We then discussed the possibility of needing a whole new motor. He said he would look into the availability and cost and let me know. I left the shop thinking I would probably have to get a whole new unit which might be hard to do these days. About an hour later Jeff called me back saying that he had my turntable fixed! He wouldn't give up! Instead of looking to replace the motor which would have run me a much greater expense he tried again and figured out the issue! I have nothing but praise for Audio Solutions! It sure is nice to know that there are good people out there who make every effort to get a job done and don't give up until it is right!

Our stereo receiver was working intermittently. Jeff Jones, Technician, diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely efficient manner. After picking up the repaired receiver, approximately one week later, Jeff called to make sure the equipment was performing well. We highly recommend this company.

Very well. Rick is responsible and very pleasant. When something wasn't installed exactly where I wanted it, Rick fixed it. His crew was on time and reasonably priced. I would use him again.
