THEY POSTPONED THREE TIMES. THEY MEASURED INCORRECTLY TWICE. THE AWNING WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. I HAD TO ASK THEM TO BRACE IT. THE OWNER CAME OUT AND WAS VERY RUDE.
