When the drywall/plaster repair was the "Big Deal", I decided to have the work done.  After I bought the Big Deal, I contacted the provider to set up an appointment.  They requested pictures of the areas to assess the amount of work.  I sent the pictures, we discussed the work I wanted done and an appointment was set.

The two man crew arrived on time,  completed all three areas within the allotted time and cleaned up.  I have been very satisfied with the work that was done.  The crew was skilled and provided great customer service.

They did a great job -- followed up to schedule an appointment, came on time, cleaned up after the work.  All went well.

Overall it was a good experience.  It took a while for initial contact but then once they started the job it went very fast, they worked quickly and were professional.  At one point one of our outlets surged and they bought an new one and installed it quickly. One thing that could have been better was they did not hang plastic or drop cloth when sanding so the dust was all over the house.  Also, I wanted to hire them to do more painting, but they did not get back to me.

It went very well. They were professional and curteous.  When we first talked with the gentlemen we scoped out what we wanted done, and he agreed to come out and do the repairs. Within a week he and his partner were there. We walked around and showed him several spots on our walls in various places around the house were we needed drywall repair. The team repaired the drywall in a reasonable amount of time, explained to us that we had to wait a day or so before sanding and painting, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. The entire thing took about 2 hours. They did a great job!

.  We took advantage of an $89 Angie's List coupon to have several projects completed.  Associated Drywall Partners called me to schedule the work.  I did not have to wait long to have the work done.  The workmen were efficient with their time and we were very pleased with the result.

Russell and Marvin came on an Angies Big Deal to repair my garage drywall. These guys are real artists! I had them back to prep the garage for painting. Not only was the job first notch but they completed the second visit 30% under estimate. I would strongly recommend these two guys. They are terrific!

The two men that showed up did an excellent job within the alloted time. They patched a hole in my ceiling and were able to perfectly match the stucco design with the rest of the cieling. Both men were very proffesional and expedient with their work and I would recommend this company to others.

Bought an Angie's List big deal. I was amazed to receive an email within 48 hours detailing the type of information they would like to better plan the repairs. I was able to schedule them without difficulty. The 2 contractors showed up exactly at 8 as promised. They completed the work promptly and you can't tell where the previous damage was. They will be finishing the drywall in my garage this spring.

Yes, I would try them again due to the quality of work and price.  However, the professionalism of the person who coordinates their scheduling needs serious training in customer service skills when there is a problem:  We had an appointment scheduled for the 13th.  I have two voice mails from the coordinator confirming this.  Note:  I had also called and given them my wife's cell phone to call before they arrived (which is a normal thing they do) because I would not be reachable.  I specifically called and told them this a week before the scheduled work date.  In the late afternoon of the 12th, I noticed two voice mails from their serviceman who had arrived (on the 12th) to do the work.  It was too late to call the office when I noticed the messages.  (There was also a note on the door to our home when we arrived later.)  On Friday morning I called to discuss the issue and voice concern over both missing the date AND calling the wrong number.  When I spoke with Maria and explained what happened, (including that I had two voice mails confirming the 13th and had given her my wife's cell phone) her first response was:  what is your address and lot #.  (In my opinion we consumers, in these instances would love to hear something like "I am sorry about the confusion, let me get this resolved for you.  may I have your address and or lot number?" Anyway, I gave her the address and told her I had no idea of the lot number.  She found it and the first thing she said was:  I show the appointment on the 12th!  (with her tone and inflection she was basically saying that I was wrong and we missed the appointment.)  I responded, "apparently you do, because you showed up yesterday, but as I said, I have two voice mails one on my cell and one on my work number where you called to confirm the appointment for the 13th."  She kept saying they showed it on the 12th and one time said "I can't take your word for it, I have to check to see if we can come to your home today."  The conversation got worse.  I even asked her how she liked being treated this way when she was the consumer.  No real response.  About 30 minutes later I received a call from another person who was cordial and pleasant (just like Maria was during our first call) and she told me they be out on the 13th (today) between 12 and 4.  (just like yesterday's scheduled appointment.)  They called (my wife this time!) about 12:30, showed up at 1:00;ish and took 30 minutes to complete the work, which looks very good.  Anyway, yes, I guess we would try them again if need be, but folks who work in customer service need to not only be great on the first call but they must learn how to handle issues well!  Today's experience of how she ("they" - after all a company is only as good as the employee)  handled a schedule conflict receives an "F" grade.  Being made to feel like they compnay is doing the consumer a favor by correcting their mistake is not the way to build positive customer perception and certainly not the way to build customer loyalty!

A&L was excellent. Their price was competitive and they provided us with an estimate for the insurance company quickly. They were extremely professional. They were careful to protect the rest of our home from drywall dust during the repair and they cleaned up everything before they left. The ceiling looks great and blends in to the rest of the textured ceiling perfectly. They also repaired a small hole in a neighbors ceiling at the same time and I know they were pleased, as well. I would use them again in a second!

There was a change in management during my project. Everything that was promised me by the former employee became an issue. I spent a considerable amount of time following up. Promised to drop plastic prior to drywall installation- did not. Spent a large amount of time scraping drywall from floor. Poor workmanship in corners & detail work- tape showing/bubbling.

I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. A & L DRYWALL DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE PROJECT WAS DONE QUICKLY, AND EVERYONE INVOLVED, CLEANED UP AFTER PERFORMING THEIR PART OF THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY OTHER DRYWALL WORK I NEED DONE.
