Assist 2 sell   provided top notch service in selling our home. Our realtor , Carolyn Bowden, took excellent pictures of our home gave us a realistic picture of what the home should be listed  for and what to expect in regards to showings . Our home was sold  in ten days. There was also a  back up offer pending had the first offer not gone through.  She was always on time and got back with us  with in 24 hrs of calling or emailing. She was so helpful at closing as well. We highly recommend Assist 2 Sell.

Jan is terrific. She did a great job marketing our home, which sold in 22 days despite the really slow market (and a home across the street - in the same price range - that has been for sale for 2 years). We had excellent service and saved nearly $5000 in commissions using Jan and the company she is affiliated with. Great MLS listing with multiple photos, listing on her company's website (which allows detailed search parameters, unlike the another site), large sign, flyers in front of home, etc. Jan also was great about finding us properties to look at - not pushing anything, but finding us properties that fit what we wanted - and then getting us in them!Closing for both home we purchased and home we sold went really well. Jan was also very reassuring - - a key to being a good broker, when the stress level is high!
