INITIAL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND SCHEDULING CONFLICTS WE HAD WITH ANOTHER JOB. UNFORTUNATELY, DURING THE WINTER, TWO LARGE CRACKS AND SEVERAL SMALLER CRACKS DEVELOPED. IN MARCH 2006, I SPOKE WITH SHANNON WHO SAID SHE WOULD START A REPAIR TICKET AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME TO ARRANGE A CHECK OF THE CRACKS. I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM AND HAVE CALLED EACH WEEK TO FOLLOW UP. EACH TIME I CALL, THEY (SHANNON OR JAMIE) TELL ME THEY ARE BUSY BUT WILL GIVE MY INFORMATION TO "LENNY" SO HE CAN CALL ME. I'D LIKE THE REPAIRS COMPLETED OR A REFUND SO I CAN HAVE THE WORK DONE PROPERLY BY SOMEONE ELSE.

"We have a work order for repair written up. We will take care of this problem just as soon as possible. The weather plays a big part of our business. We are unable to make any repairs until the weather breaks. We will do what we can to satisfy him. Shannon Young GM 5/2/06"

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND HAD A TON OF PATIENCE WITH US. WE HAD 5 ESTIMATES AND RESEARCHED CAREFULLY AND THEY WERE WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TOOK TO MAKE US HAPPY. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD WHICH WAS GREAT. BILL CARVER WAS HERE ALL DAY TO SUPERVISE AND INSPECT THE JOB. THEY ALSO CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO CHECK ON THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
