Our appraiser team is trained in using the best of modern technology and experienced-based teamwork to save our clients time and money without sacrificing appraisal quality or USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) estate tax, Non-Cash charitable donation, insurance replacement, gift, inheritance, equitable family and divorce distribution valuation appraisals are available for fine art, antiques, collectibles, firearms, Native American pottery, decorative arts, design, fashion and overall residential contents within the home. While large IRS estate tax appraisals are our primary focus, single appraisals and small collection reports are available too. A regional Better Business Bureau member with an A+ Rating, director Brady Dreasher brings a spectrum of experience to the evaluation field. After spending 10 years selling art privately and subsequently 5 years with Kansas’ largest privately owned gallery, Dreasher has dedicated himself to the appraisal and valuation industry. This foundation of knowledge coupled with educational training from the most trusted associations by attending more than 17 conferences and 26 art and antique fairs across the United States within the past 6 years has added even more reliability to his company's expertise. Dreasher is the recipient of ISA's 2015 Young Leadership Award, a proud benefactor level sponsor member of the Foundation for Appraisal Education (FAE), involved with multiple ISA committees, four independently respected appraisal organizations and has been featured in the Miami Art Guide, Hollywood Sentinel, Dallas Paper City Magazine, Kansas City Public Television, KAKE-TV News and other publications.
