It was a great experience from start to finish! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and their pricing was the best around. By far the best whole weekend rates. I rented a skid steer (Bobcat) to do some major landscaping over the weekend and everything worked perfectly. They even gave me a quick hands on training session on how to operate the machinery. I'll definitely be back if i ever need any major tools/machinery. Highly Recommended!

from the phone call to confirm one was in stock to rent, to hooking it onto our truck, and returning it - it all went very smoothly. We were pleased to work with a full tank of gas and we made sure the equipment went back with a full tank.

Employees were very helpful in loading the large roto tiller into our pickup truck. They provided a portable ramp to make it easier to get out of the truck at the job site. Renting the largest roto tiller was possibly not the best idea. It was hard to manage and very very hard work. Don't know if I'll do this again. Counter staff at Arrow were very informative and polite.
