The price he recommended was fine and the color he recommended was not something I initially was crazy about, but it turned out great. I would recommend them and I think they did a good job. They cleaned up everything afterward so I didn't have to. They did it a lot faster than I thought it would take them.

Armour was putting up gutting up gutters and did not catch that they were damaging the gutters. They did not stop until I caught the fact that they were damaging them. They then had to borrow a machine and there were problems with the hanging procedures, I just did not like them. The whole process was taxing. I will give them credit that they lost money on the job but kept to their promise.

"We saw the problem with the material before the home owner noticed the damaged material and made him aware of problem. After we contacted the supplier about it the material was replaced by supplier and installed as soon as material was delivered. We did not have to bring in another company to complete the job because the material supplied was the problem. We own multiple machines and another machine was used in order to satisfy our customer upon his request. Total installation was completed in one day and the wait for materials from supplier was one day. This is something all contractors deal with from time to time. We believe our response to this issue was professional, in a very timely manner, and that our customer recieved the best services under unusual circumstances."

Armour Guttering's crew did an outstanding job of removing the old and installing new gutters on our home. They are skilled at their work and they made the roof mounted gutters on site. Their work has helped enhance the look of the home.

I hired Armour Guttering to put new 6'' gutters and downspouts on my house. They showed up a day late, but they got right to work. The new gutters look great, but they left off one of the end caps and the corners leak. After several calls I got them to come back and put on the missing end cap, but they never fixed the leaking corners. I ended up going to Lowes and fixing the corners on my own. I gave up on waiting.

"This job consisted of changing out gutter that was full of ice on a two story building (26' from the ground). Many customers that do not work in a construction field do not take in consideration the extra safety measures that are necessary to complete a job. Ice is very heavy in the amounts that we were dealing with. It was important that we dissolve a certain amount of the ice before removing the existing gutter. Due to the weather conditions at the time of the job more time was required to finish in the safest manner possible. Armour Guttering/Armour Exteriors will take extra measures to make sure the safety our employees and customers always comes first."
