I called Mike at 1:30 in the afternoon needing an oil change. My wife needed my car on a long trip the following morning. I had been getting the car ready for this trip. I bought new tires the day before at a different business. I had forgotten about the oil change. It hit me while I was at work. I called a couple of places closer to where I live thinking that I could do it after work. They were all too busy and could not fit me in. So I decided to call Arlington Auto Center since it was close to my job. Mike was very busy, too, but understood my situation. He was able to schedule me in at 4:00. I actually arrived early, and even though the bays were full, he got me in right away. I was in and out in no time, and the price was great! His staff pointed out a few things that I might want to keep an eye on, but in no way did they push me to purchase those.
So, all in all, they did a great job, they meet my time constraints, and they got me some points with the wife! Oh, and after seeing there showroom full of tires, I'll be checking them out for that next time too.
