I live an hour away and the transportation fees were to high to be justified.  The sales woman I dealt with was very polite and helpful with addressing my questions.  She new what type of wood and was very knowledgable in referencing to the furniture.

I was happy with the whole transaction. When I went in to the store, they let me know they were having a sale. After I left, I saw a couple of additional items that I wanted. I called back after the sale was over, but they still gave me the sale price. They were on time with the delivery. When they were delivering they nicked the wall. Within a week, I got a call from a company that was contracted by this company to repair the damage. Everything was taken care of very nicely.

Sales pressure was low-key. Much of the furniture is higher end, but they have deals and good sales. Took almost two weeks to get the stand from their warehouse to their store (so we could pick it up).

I purchased a chair and a small TV cabinet during their warehouse sale and didn't have any problems. However, I came back at a later date to purchase pillow shams. The salesperson was very friendly and informed me that the pillow inserts came with the shams. I wanted to think about the purchase overnight and went back the next day (made a special trip) to purchase the shams, and they informed me that the pillows do not come with the purchase. I said that I was told differently the night before, but the regional manager would NOT honor their word. I witnessed her telling her staff that the pillows don't come with the purchase. I felt that she should have honored her salesperson's word, but she was rude and would not. I complained to the corporate office but did not even get a call back from the regional manager. While I do like their merchandise, I am tainted by this experience and will not frequently shop there as a loyal customer again.

Very pleased with this company. Was greeted by a saleswoman right away. Wasn't pushy and let us look. She was personable and helpful. When I came back a couple of days later to purchase the furniture, and our saleswoman went out of her way to help me pick out paint colors for our bedroom. When the furniture was delivered, the deliverymen spent hours getting the furniture upstairs which was no easy job. They took great care not to damage my walls, or the new furniture. My furniture is beautiful and of very good quality. Overall I am so pleased with this company from the products that they sell to the people that deliver it to your home. I would definitely recommend this company.

WHILE WE WERE THE ONES INCONVENIENCED, THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY UNHELPFUL. SHE, AT ONE POINT, SUGGESTED THAT WE COME PICK UP THE PORTION OF THE ORDER THAT COULDN'T BE DELIVERED AND THAT WE WOULD STILL BE CHARGED THE DELIVERY FEE. ABSURD!

THE SALES PERSON, DEMONA, WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, WAS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I PLACED THE ORDER 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE DELIVERY. TWO DAYS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE DELIVERY,THEY CALLED TO TELL US THE UPHOLSTERY MATERIAL WAS NOT AVAILABLE. SHE SAID WE COULD WAIT FOR IT, WHEN ASKED HOW LONG,A DEFINITIVE ANSWER WAS NOT GIVEN. THEN SHE SAID WE COULD COME IN A CHOOSE NEW MATERIAL AND PAY THE BALANCE AT THE SAME TIME. THIS MADE ME VERY ANGRY; WITH FURNITURE IT IS UNCHARACTERISTIC TO PAY THE BALANCE BEFORE TAKING DELIVERY. WITH MY PREVIOUS UNDERSTANDING, YOU SHOULD PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT AND THEN UPON INSPECTION OF THE FURNITURE PAY THE BALANCE. A SUPERVISOR THEN CALLED ME TO ASK IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY COULD DO. MY ONLY SUGGESTION WAS TO TEACH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I WAS SO UPSET, I HAD MY HUSBAND CALL BACK AND THEN WE ASKED FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK. OUR BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND GOOD WILL.
