They do nothing for our neighborhood. They are suppose to hire people to keep the grass cut in the common area. They never have. My husband cuts the common area behind our house. Horrible management company. They pick and choose what connivance people break that they want to keep on top of. We have always paid our dues on time, and they tried to send an attorney after us saying we had not paid when it was their poor bookkeeping error. They love to harass you but will do nothing to help you.

We are writing to thank the Ardsley Group for
tremendous service! We had a toilet overflow and the associated flooding caused
considerable damage to one bathroom, two secondary bedrooms and ductwork in the
basement. The Ardsley Group employees were extremely helpful and quick to
provide assistance. Every person involved in the overall job was prompt, polite,
conscientious and hard working. The finished work makes our home look like it
is brand new and as if no damage ever occurred! We are so thankful to the
Ardsley Group for the care, concern and superb workmanship. We highly recommend them!
