The first visit the owner went from room to room with me and discussed what and how they would clean. She wrote everything down and we signed a contract. I liked this as it was clear what would be and not be done. She wanted my imput and has been open to any and all feed back since the first. I prefer to use non-toxic cleaning solutions and she has been very responsive. She has my cleaning supplies that are used for my home in a separate container and refill them as needed and it is all included in the price.
I have a home that is just over 2000 sq. ft. and has a 2nd story bonus room and 1/2 bath. We also have 2 cats. They have been very thorough in each area and especially good with getting all the cat hair up. I have been very pleased with the work being done and would highly recommend them! I trust them to do the work and to be in my home.

"Here is the facts: The quantity of the chemicals the member mentioned were not visible during the interview. We saw only a small, reasonable quantity of containers out in the open when we did our interview. However, many of the bottles that were out in the open during our scheduled cleaning were not labeled and therefore we could not determine their contents, nor the safety thereof. The "Supplement" that the member mentioned was also not labeled, and was a large quantity of what appeared to be a powdery white substance in thousands of pills. We did take care of the animals twice prior to the cleaning service being rendered. Due to the un-labled chemicals, the white, powdery substance, and a very large quantity of bleach (15+ gallons) in the immediate vicinity of a hot stove which had been left on, and on the professional opinion of our Biohazard-Certified employee we decided it was best to contact the local police and vacate the property. The police arrived looked around the outside of property and advised us we were correct in our assumptions and that the property was "unsafe" and "uninhabitable". They also advised us that the the member is currently under investigation by the local Animal Control office. The member should be fully aware of the facts if these events as he was watching them all unfold on his home security camera system. Regarding payment: We normally expect to be paid at completion of services. However, the member was so happy with the price we quoted to clean his house, his carpets, and take care of his pets for 2 days that he even remitted payment at the completion of the interview prior to services being rendered. Expecting no issues with the service that we agreed to we deposited those funds the following day per his instructions on the way to the cleaning activity, and went to the home to provide those services on Saturday. Regardless of our efforts including two completed pet care visits and attempting to provide cleaning services, we have remitted a full refund to the member, which he should receive in the mail very shortly."
