AQUA FILL POOL WATER DELIVERY

Were supposed to come out 2 days before, but when I hadn't heard from them by 6 pm, I called back. Apparently the person who took my order forgot to write down my city or my phone number which caused a delivery delay. They said they would still come out, but I called back again twice. The first time they said they would call back in 30 minutes and they didn't so I called again at 8:45 pm and they still couldn't tell me what time they could come out.
I asked if we could reschedule so they agreed to come out 2 days later. Again, I called at 6 pm because I hadn't heard from them. No one answered and the voicemail was full. I called back again and they did answer, but couldn't give me a time that they would be there. Finally the driver called and was having trouble understanding the directions. He did make it after 9 pm.
Then they were afraid they didn't have enough water to fill the pool. I told them I told her the dimensions of the pool when I had called and the delivery man said he didn't have that size of pool on the charts so they didn't know how many gallons it was. It is a standard 16' x 4' round pool. Then they overflowed the pool and the back legs started sinking. My pool is now very uneven and we are trying to figure out how to raise the legs with all that water in it. They also told me they had only 4,000 gallons on the truck, then said they had 5,000 gallons and when it was done, the delivery man said they put 5,500 gallons in it. Not sure how much water went out on the ground though.
Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

They would not deliver to my area even though they advertised that they would.

They are a great company to work with... we have had some pool problems and had to empty the pool 3 times this year. They worked around the pool contractors (who changed the delivery times again and again) without complaint. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend them to others!

They were great. The gentleman had to make a second trip, because the first load of water wasn't enough to fill our pool. I will definately use them again when our pool needs fresh water.

This is the second year that we have used Aqua Fill to deliver our pool water. Last year we replaced our liner and had to re-fill the pool from scratch. This year, when it came time to open the pool we decided to start fresh again so we'd have nice clean water all season. Aqua Fill worked with our pool service company to deliver water on a Sunday afternoon...now that's customer service! The delivery driver was courteous about not pulling the heavy truck onto our driveway. Instead they used a long hose to pump the water from the truck out in the street all the way around the back of our house and into the pool. I know it seems crazy to spend a fair amount of money on pool water, but our pool was crystal clear all season last year with far fewer chemicals needed than in previous seasons. I saved far more in chemicals than I spent on the water so it was a very worthwhile investment. I'll do it every year; although maybe only a partial refill every other year. A good investment!

It was kind of an immediate situation where I needed my pool refilled on this exact day. The company I had contracted to do it ended up being on the other side of the state and not able to fill my pool up. I called Aqua Fill after seeing their reports on Angie's List at 10:30am and needed trucks here by 12:30 the same day. They got right on it, showed up, brought two trucks at a time to help out the pool company, and were great! They gave my husband and I a few pointers, filled out a card with the amount of water my pool holds, and other information I did not know. They were extremely helpful and lifesavers!

They are very good at coming when you need them, very courteous and very helpful in offering advice on needs of the pool. They also deliver water for spa's(which unfortunately we don't have)wells, industrial water tanks and construction sites.
