They are very prompt, when I call them they are usually out at my home within the same day. They do very good work at very good prices. They are very clean, when they leave I cannot even tell they were here.

Very good. Has been using them since 1997. Installed irrigation system so he saw no reason to change since then. Very fair and reasonable pricing.

When initially installed, Aqua Engineering was not the lowest bidder but Joe Bumgarner instilled the highest level of confidence and provided a detailed engineering drawing of his proposed system layout. Aqua Engineering has been doing my Spring and Fall service ever since. In 2010 when my fence contractor broke my irrigation system water supply header, Aqua Engineering was on site within an hour making repairs. I have always felt their bi-annual service pricing to be fair.

Purchased house in 2007 and previous owner had Aqua Engineering install irrigation system. Was able to schedule 10:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday, which was very convenient since both my wife and I work. Joe arrived right on time and I showed him the sprinkler head that was broken and the ones that needed adjustment. He was able to quickly fix the broken head and adjusted the sprinklers as needed. He explained how the sprinklers will need maintenance over time due to the seals wearing out. He explained the material costs involved in replacing the sprinkler head.

Everything went excellent. Joe and his staff are professionals, were prompt and they did an excellent job.

Communication was limited and it was unclear when the work would be started/finished. In completing the work, their equipment left large ruts in the yard. They did come back to repair when issue was discussed with them, however, we still have an large area in our yard that is rutty and muddy as a result of the damage.

Joe, with Aqua, has done a super job. Very prompt, professional, courteous and prices are very reasonable. Most of all he is very dependable. I would highly recommend and I will use them for many years to come, providing the work ethic stays at it's current level, which I am sure it will.

SINCE INSTALLING MY LAWN IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN 1997, AQUA ENGINEERING HAS PROVIDED ALL MY SERVICES, INCLUDING THE REQUIRED ANNUAL BACKFLOW PREVENTION TEST, AND WINTERIZATION EACH FALL. THEIR PRICING IS FAIR, AND SERVICE IS PROMPT.
