appliance repair
+ -1 moreI was planning to install the heating element myself. I took it straight home and plugged it in and the element didn't work. I tried to return it or exchange it and they told me that they do not accept returns on electrical parts and then hung up. The lady I dealt with there is named Brenda.
Description of Work: I purchased a heating element for my stove.
