The service was prompt and even though it took two trips, we felt the charge for all that was done was very reasonable. The technician had to work a long time to find the best phone line to use for our doorbell system. He was also the one who suggested just getting something second-hand for our stereo, as it was old, and then went out and found one for us. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for a future project.

Very well. Gus was punctual and professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to save us a lot of money by activating the existing system. Another company might have taken the easy way and just sold us a new system. We now use them for our monitoring company, too.

Wanted to upgrade my cctv from a vcr to a dvr, Mr Apple gave me a price which I felt was fair and within a week Gus came out and set it up and showed me how to use it. Very happy with the dvr and Mr Apple.

George spent almost 8 hours at our house hard wiring the alarm system. He and Gus will answer all of your questions. They're competitve, they have a less expensive monthly monitoring fee and a shorter term contract. I would recommend you call them and at least have them give you an estimate.

They weren't very easy to get a hold of but once they came out they were great.

The installation went well. They actually did a very nice job of running some wiring through a finished basement to the second story. We had an issue with one of the sensors later and they came right out and fixed it. One nice thing about Apple is that you actually own the system as opposed to leasing it. Also, the monthly monitoring fee is only $20.

Overall, the work went very well. When Apple's worker, Marvin, arrived, on time, he went over what we wanted him to do. He checked the sites out, made a couple of good suggesting to me, which I okayed, and proceeded to do the work. The routing wire was strung from one room to the other, under the floor, connected the wire to the appropriate equipment in each room. A test of the work was performed and everything worked as it should. Mr. Marvin arrived on time, was clean, was neat in his work, left no mess when he was done.

The command center from my previous alarm company failed. I called Gus, and he came out and did a very comprehensive assessment and evaluation. He recommended some caulking to the bracket that holds the alarm button to keep water from getting under it and keep it from rusting. He is planning to update my system to respond to fire.

As in the past, I feel that Apple is low key and honest in their feedback. And, at least until now, you can't beat the price!

The moment we met Gus & watched him manipulate & assess another company's alarm system, we knew we were talking to the right person. They are very knowledgeable in home safety. They are the best set up for your home, wiring, & the function of various systems. He openly advised what he thought would NOT be necessary based on our needs, thereby saving us money when he just as easily could have told us otherwise. He has personable, very fast service. Melvin, the installer, does great work.

The gentleman who installed the equipment was very knowledgeable about the unique "challenges of an older home". Gus has been responsive & helpful concerning any issues that have come up.

Very positive. My phone call was returned quickly and the repair was made that afternoon.

Excellent price for a wired system, no contract required, showed up on time, very knowledgeable about their product, competitive monthly rate including smoke detector. The company owner comes out to inspect the install and explain the system. Outstanding company - I would definitely do business with them again!

MIKE HAWORTH RESPONDED TO OUR CALL FOR OBSERVING OUR NEEDS AND FURNISHED A QUOTE IN A TIMELY MANNER. GEORGE WAS THE INSTALLER. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND WORKED IN VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE ALSO CLEANED UP THE CONSTRUCTION DIRT WHEN FINISHED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

GUS APPLE STOOD OUT FROM THE OTHER VENDORS IN THAT HE TOOK PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, AS OWNER, TO GET THINGS DONE QUICKLY AND DONE RIGHT. EVEN WHEN WE THREW SEVERAL ADDITIONS AT HIM, HE CAME THROUGH. COMPLEMENTS ON A JOB WELL DONE.

GUS DID A GREAT JOB AND A GREAT PRICE. HE MADE THE 50 MILE TRIP TO OUR HOME SEVERAL TIMES, ONCE WHEN HE COULDN'T EVEN DRIVE THE 1/4 MILE UP THE STEEP DRIVE IN THE SNOW. HE WALKED UP THAT TIME AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME BACK AGAIN IN A WEEK AFTER HE GOT NEW TIRES FOR HIS VAN.

GUS APPLE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WHENEVER WE HAVE HAD QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS. THE MONITORING FEE IS LOWER THAN MANY OTHER PLACES.

MIKE HAYWORTH WAS GREAT AND DETERMINED THE BEST SET UP FOR MY HOUSE. I WANTED THE SYSTEM INSTALLED FAIRLY QUICKLY AND MIKE WAS ABLE TO ARRANGE THIS, EVEN THOUGH HE WASN'T ABLE TO BE HERE ON THE DAY IT WAS TO BE INSTALLED. GEORGE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. MIKE CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER (WITH GEORGE) TO SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM AND MAKE SURE IT WAS WORKING CORRECTLY! ALSO, LIKED THE FACT THAT THE MONITORING FEES ARE ONLY ABOUT $20/MONTH.

I'VE ALREADY REFERRED THEM TO A FEW OTHER PEOPLE. THEY DO GREAT WORK.
