My boyfriend went on the website and ordered a cotton candy flower bouquet for me. He checked the box in his order that he wanted to substitute flowers and it arrived with only carnations and daisies. My boyfriend called back the same day to schedule a time for the company to pick up this bouquet and deliver another one. A few days later, I was told that we had never called the company back, even though our phone records show that we did, and was told that they couldn’t guarantee flowers after three days. I have used this company before for business purposes, but I have decided to end my business with them based upon the quality of the flowers that were sent to me.
