DeWayne Butler, one of the auctioneers, came to Dad's house and went through the estate with us. He gave sound advice about what to do with everything and then came back and packed up the breakables. A moving company took the larger items. The online presentations and in-house live auctions were very professionally handled. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and understanding of the sentimental attachment one has for family heirlooms. The auctions themselves were fun and exciting. We received payment in a timely manner. The entire experience with Antique Helper was a positive one.

I attended the October Art and Antiques auction. It was my second experience at Antique Helper. I have attended numerous art, antiques and estate auctions through the years, so I speak from experience in saying that Dan Ripley runs an extremely professional operation. Staff are all knowledgeable about the merchandise, they've done their homework. The auction house is bright and comfortable, and the website is a great resource for prep work. The auctions are lively and exciting, live bidding on the floor along with simultaneous on-line bidding and remote (mysterious!) telephone bidders. NOT a homespun country auction. NOT a snotty Sotheby's-type experience. Rather, a modern, upscale auction house which specializes in quality 20th-century art and antiques.
