The revolving door of managers was a problem the first several years. Then, a woman was hired to manage the office that we were assured would take "wonderful care of us". Hardly. Things were fine until we questioned overbilling. And problems with mail. And unanswered phones during business hours. Then it became personal to them, and they became rude and unprofessional to myself, my staff, guests and clients. They did correct a few of their mistakes, after a long drawn out battle, and told us it would not happen again. The issues immediately returned. Then, in late 2011, private information about the company was given to a family member from a PS staff member that my husband was involved in a legal battle. This person handled their call completely unprofessionally, unethically, and according to our contract and our attorneys, illegally as well. The very basic services we had hired them to do, they failed to perform on a regular basis. Mail was "lost" on a regular basis after that, including checks made for payment directly from our bank. We paid weeks before the monthly service fee was due, and when they claimed to not receive a check despite the bank's insistence that they did, they wanted us to pay a late fee...even though we were early and proved it! We received other's mail very frequently, and would get calls monthly that others had received ours. In the most recent incident, I received fresh flowers, and 4 days after receiving them, contacted me about them. The flowers were dead. The florist and sender resent the flowers, but days after the occasion for which they were sent. PS corporate office promised an apology to the sender, and you guessed it, never apologized. PS claimed the first set of flowers were not identified clearly as being to me. However, after picking up the flowers, our dedicated number was listed on the outside of the box in bold numbers. Clients complained about the unprofessionalism, and outright lying by the staff, particularly the manager Susan Cain. They shut off our phones before our contract was up. They changed the password on our account to access our voicemail, then gave us an incorrect password so we were never able to access our messages. They were angry that we had our mail forwarded to our new location, and refused to contact us should anything come for us after our contract ended. The list of unethical and poor behavior goes on and on. Other current and former clients of PS offices have been in contact with us to share their horror stories as well. PS "corporate" offices in Cleveland, OH don't respond, and if they do, fail to follow through on what they promise. There is a reason their offices have substantially decreased in the Indianapolis market. The Indiana Attorney General is now involved, as are our attorneys. There are several good companies to handle your office needs in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Choose one of them instead of the nightmare known as PS Executive Centers!
Description of Work: Provider was hired in mid-2004 to serve as a virtual office for my business. Answering my dedicated phone, accepting mail and packages with notification for me and a small off-site staff, and 16 hours of office or conference time per month. They would answer phones, and transfer them to my cell if they were not busy with other calls. On a regular basis, we would receive calls from other clients, and the would receive ours. Very frequently we would receive other clients' mail and they would receive ours. On many occasions, our mail never did arrive, even if hand delivered. Our company name NEVER appeared on the building/office directory despite several verbal and written requests to comply by the contract which included this item.
