I found this wasn?t true because I made a surprise visit to the lot and called her from it. I asked how everything was going and she said great, but I told her that there was nothing there. She said Oh well, our contract expired a week ago. I know she didn?t put any signs up because the lot requires specific signage that she didn?t have. I spoke with her manager, whose name is Beverly Garvin and she referred me to another realtor because she said Andria was out of her area and shouldn?t have accepted this job. She said Janet Davis was familiar with this area and recommended I call her. I did call and left a message, but with no response so I called again. I did talk to her the second time, but she was busy taking her daughter to the doctor and she would call me back. I haven't heard anything back from her since. As far as I am concerned, Watson Realty doesn?t hold any value.
