I would highly recommend this company for general home inspection. We hired Tom to complete our home inspection and Radon testing on a 3K+ foot home that was originally built in the early 1900s. Tom looked into all concerns and issues, large and small. I was quoted by several companies and the cost with Anchor is very competitive. The inspector (Tom) was on time, performed a very thorough inspection, and was very patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain issues to me that I did not understand.
