The manufacturer of the cooler suggested that it would take a maximum of 20 hours to do the installation and piping. I was charged for 90 hours. After I talked to the owner, he amended that to 58 hours. I still feel excessively charged for the work that was done. He spoke with the 3 installers who said they were busy that entire time. I have used this company for 20 years for regular maintenance, but I will no longer be using their services.

"Unfortunately for this customer, the services described were performed by a previous subsidiary of AMS that offered plumbing services. The subsidiary, in fact, resolved this customers' complaints shortly thereafter with additional services completed at no charge to the customer. Today, AMS Mechanical Services of Indianapolis focuses solely on HVAC mechanical services and installations and does not offer plumbing-related services. AMS Mechanical Services' #1 objective is to provide quality workmanship for a fair price. Our intent is to honor all of our commitments and to strive for 100% customer satisfaction."

CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH FOR UNCLOGGING A DRAIN AND TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO DO IT.
