STACI OSTENDORF PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAS SMOOTH, FROM APPLICATION TO CLOSING. STACI WAS VERY COMMUNICATIVE THROUGHOUT, AND EXPLAINED THINGS WELL WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. WERE ABLE TO ROLL THE CLOSING COSTS INTO THE MORTGAGE. THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO PERFORM THE ACTUAL CLOSING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
