The product and service was high quality and great value for the money. The installers arrived promptly and removed the old windows. The new windows were properly installed without any issues. Matching trim was replaced and matching caulking was used. The finished product looks better than when the home was built. The old windows were and debris were removed from the site. I am very satisfied with this contractor and definately will consider using them again for future work. I highly recommend this provider.

The work really turned out good and great, and everything was done beautifully. They were here when they were suppose to be here, even I wasn't here. I have my doubt at first, but it all started out to be good. The owner, Nick was really great on his follow thru and he did extra stuff that I didn't ask him to do. It was like a part of the extension of the chimney. He told me that if I have a point that they would paint it for me. He actually did some wiring on the outside of the house, something that someone else had done and he fixed that at no charge. All of them are professional.

Nick Gazarzi was the contractor who organized the repair work.  He was extremely organized, provided capable technicians and was diligent in overseeing the project.  Nick made sure that all of the work was done my satisfaction.  Nick's company did the roof and siding work, but sub-contracted the leaf guard and masonry work.  He gave us an additional downspout at no charge when previous issues with ice build up was discussed.

nick came to the house told us his people would be here in 2 days it was two weeks the windows were hung  out of square the trim job was done wrong nick is very un professional he all ways put down other company  how they are to high  or how bad they are he just not a nice person A nswer to provider response  0h I am sorry the windows were not under my name they were under my wife's maiden name Cathy Richardson and I have all paper work to prove it and you are the one who said that you would give us that money  N ow tell us that's a lie because you know it isn't that just proves how you are you know you put windows in this house

They did well. I didn't have any issues. They communicated well and everything went smooth. I would recommend them.

It turned out good. We purchased the fence through and American Improvement Company installed the fence through them.

This was a great experience!  Nick came out, gave us an estimate on what we wanted, ordered the door and then set up a date to install it when it came in.  He was always punctual or called if he would be running a little late.
The man who helped install the door was a pleasure to have in our home.  He was polite, friendly, knew what he was doing, and kept everything clean!  In fact, I did not even have to vacuum when he finished!
They were just great and we are thrilled with the door and will definitely use Nick again if we have a need for his services!

I give them an A in all categories.

We are pleased with the work. I would hire him again in the future with no hesitation.

The windows are tighter and more compact. They did a fine job. I thought the price was reasonable and they were conscientious. They believed in their product.

we had hail damage we called nick which is the owner to come give us an estimate he did and we gave him the job we signed the contract 05/12/12 he said it would take three weeks to do the job.

he said he would start the job in one week it was almost 3 weeks before he started  the roofers came first they were done in one day when i checked the rubber roof there were sever winkles a piece of metal sticking throw it and a hole in the roof. Nick said he would take of this he never has then the window trim guy came he was in a big hurry did a bad calking job on the trim left gaps  were water could get in then the siding guys came they did the siding soffit and flashing the corners they put on do not go all the way up they did not use inside corners that i payed for the flashing has bad places there is j channel that is broke and other things which is things that happen but the problem is nick will not fix it.Thru all this time all i hear for Nick every time i see him is he's not making any money well i'm sorry about that but i want my job done right then gutter guys came they were a nightmare they put two different colors of gutters up the gutters were  not aligned. one gutter the flow was to the right and the down spout was on the left they bent the flashing up in places one spot were the gutter touches the roof it cut in to the shingles. When they installed that piece they got on the roof and it was 90 degrees. they didn't put anything over the roof and damaged the roof they put there ladder against the gutter and took the paint off the gutter they did come back and fix the one gutter and moved the downspout but that left holes in my new siding.  I had to argue with Nick about that he put calking over the holes and said it would be fine he did finally replace it but now  were he did the siding isn't cut right and it looks worse i have many picture i will post.He also had the gutter guys leave the edge of the rubber roof hanging down in the gutter and folded the corners over like they were wrapping a present he left the metal strips that should be holding the rubber roof down  laying on the ground. Then he comes to me and says he need to get the rest of the money from the insurance so he can fix everything will i sign he would not be able to finish if i didn't so i did then the next thing i know he telling me he is going to put a lien against my home. If i didn't give him the money which i didn't even have at that time the checks hadn't come from the insurance yet so on 07/25/12 he was here and told me he was not going to fix anything so i told him it was time to leave if your not going to fix anything then there is no need to be here well he wanted the rest of the money i had already paid him $14922.34 he had $7423.77 coming when he finished then his lawyer sends me a letter and says he will  settle for $6447.67 and give me 976.10  or he would put a lien against and i would have to pay his attorney fees it not about the money i just want my house fix and finished so sent hi lawyer the $7423.77 to keep them from putting a lien on my house and the picture of the job and now that he has his money he will not answer my emails, text, i have left voice messages and calls he will not answer he is the worst his people left mess every were his gutter guy  which was gutter flow the installers were out front of the house showing off for the girls down the street instead of doing the job right this whole thing is just one big nightmare I JUST WANT MY JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT as of 09/12 2012 still nothing finished 09/28 2012 still nothing please never use this guy him and all his help are the worst i have ever used and i wish i never had 10-16 12 still nothing 10/31/12 still nothing 11/8/12 still nothing he wiil not stand behined his warranty nick is the worse i have ever used he lied to us so many times it looks like ill never get the job done
by him i hope if you use him nothing goes wrong cause once he gets your money he is done 01/15/13still nothing 3/21/13 still nothing

4/12/15 still nothing i hope he has not ripped anypn else off

They did an excellent job. The owner came out several times. The workers knew what they were doing and were very friendly. I was very pleased.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. This company takes great pride in their work. I can't say enough about how great the crew was and how well the the job turned out.

They just did a good job, very efficient and had a professional approach. They followed up with some things properly when we asked them to.
