I have worked with Brian in the past and he has been in the business a long time and really knows what he is doing. I had a first and a second mortgage, both 30 year loans. Brian helped me refinance my loans into 1 loan. My payment for the new loan on a 15 year note is $180/mo. LESS than I was paying for the 2, 30 year loans. He explains everything very well and makes it easy for you to understand. He went out of his way to meet me at odd hours because of my work schedule. I would absolutely refer him to friends and family!
