The technician was on time (even a little early), and very courteous and professional. He looked at our faucet, and determined that it may be able to be fixed, but if not it would need replacement. He turned off the water to that sink and took the faucet handle. A couple of days later, I was called by Marty (I believe he's the owner), saying that they tried but could not fix the handle, and that the warranty company was only authorizing a 'builder's grade' replacement. Even with that, we received a wonderful replacement, and though it is not what we had before, it is close enough to the tub and shower fixtures that it blends into the bathroom perfectly. The technician was again on time and professional, and the installation is great. We would use them again.

This was an older house and as with older properties, a simple and small job can turn into more than you bargain for. Marty did an exceptional job when the simple job turned into a bigger job than either of us planned on. It took a little longer than expected but not due to Marty. He was punctual and completed the work in a very timely manner.
