He was good, took care of problem right away.

Treatment is 4iweeks of initial treatments, he removes the bed clothes and stated to wash as hot as possible at the time of treatment. Asked to wash sheets twice a week. Pain in the butt although we are looking for the end result. He puts shoe covers on and treats the house all the rooms and after the first treatment a complete change in the pest problem. He comes back the four weeks after and then every 3 months for a year and guarantees his work for a year. Highly recommended.

When the guy was there, he was very polite, but I have not heard from them since that first day. I have no idea if they have come back or not. I don't have any bed bugs which is the original reason I contacted them, but I didn't pay for that service at their suggestion.

The provider was knowledgeable and informative and solved our carpenter bee problem. He committed to solving the bee problem no matter how long it took. He went above and beyond.

I had a potential bedbug infestation emergency with family flying in that day.  I called Diana at nine in the morning and he fit me in for eleven.   He went through the house for about a half an hour and gave me a clean bill of health.  He then told me the service call was free and would not accept any payment.   Amazing.

I have used them for a long time, and everything is fine with them. Their service is pretty effective. It is $25 a service call. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job and were very prompt.  The best thing about them is that, if we find anything after the spray, they come back immediately and take care of the same.  I like their services and will use the same in future.

He has been out several times to get rid of these insects. He is very thorough and very good. He is awesome. He is very neat and articulate about what he does. He answers his own calls as well.
