I was quite upset due to the fact that the account was over 2 years in the past. I asked to speak with a manager and was connected to Emma. She took the time to listen to me and was very understanding. She took some information from and called Dish for me to see if she could find out more about what the disposition was. It took her (Emma) about 45 minutes to call me back, she explained what was going on and what was causing the problem. I was not exactly pleased with the information I got back but I know it was not her fault. In my past dealings with companies like this, most would have just said to bad and ended the call, I know they deal with alot of well 'difficult" calls all day.
