Very well, polite and very efficient

Jeff, Darrell, and Steve showed up at the appointed time.  Throughout the four hours of the move, they worked hard and were careful with our property during the loading and unloading.  They first examined the house to plan their strategy and then got right to work.  We woul definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

This is the third time that I have used All Star Movers (2 residential moves and 1 move at my office) and once again they were wonderful!  They have good communication leading up to the move and when they were running 15 mins late they called to let me know before they were late.  Once they arrive they were friendly and informal while still being professional and courteous.  The move was completed in just over 3.5 hours (I think 30 min were spent waiting on the elevator at my old apartment).  Everything arrive at the new place unmarked and undamaged.  They asked were I wanted each piece if it wasn't clearly marked and even helped me rearrange my furniture when my Plan A didn't work as I wanted it to.  All three of the movers were very nice and very fast.  I will use All Star Movers for every move and recommend them any time I can.
Their hourly rate is in line with most moving companies, but they have a flat trip charge vs variable depending on traffic and they are much faster than any other moving company that I have ever used.  Also, when I asked them to bring a couple of wardrobe boxes for my closet they brought them, set them up, broke them down at the new place, and did not charge a fee for them.  I cannot say enough nice things about this crew!

All Star movers were awesome.  They were prompt, worked quickly and took care of our furniture.  It was rainy and they were careful to cover furniture.  
They moved the furniture into our new house, set up beds and were done by 10 am.  All 3 movers were very professional, respected our belongings and were careful not to ding walls or doors.

The 3 person crew showed on time and worked hard all day.  Took 9 hours and two truckloads to get everything.   Nothing was damaged.   They suggested at the end that a 4 person crew would have probably been more economical.   Probably right.

This is the best move I've ever had. The crew showed up and immediately began working at a fantastic pace. They had me out of my second floor apartment and into my new one in just over two hours. Not only was it the fastest I have ever been moved, it was the cheapest, and nothing was damaged. Not a single nick or scratch. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. They are a real good company. They helped me move last Wednesday. It cost me two hundred and forty five dollars for two hours. They moved my furniture from the apartment to the house. They are polite and they were on time. The job went well and quickly. They moved the furniture and put it where I wanted in the house. They did a great job. I would grade them 'A' overall. I would probably use them again in the future if I decided to move again.

We had a referral. They did a great job, they did it quickly and they were efficient. They did it than waste any time; they were treated to stuffs like I was around.

We were very happy and glad to use this company. We would use them again, but would just hope that they actually show up during the time that they gave us. We are understanding that they had a move that ran late but would've appreciated a call.

They helped us move an entire household. I found them to be extremely careful and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great movers!  My family has used All Star a total of 9 times. Jeff, Darrell and Daniel arrived on time and did a great job moving my belongings. They were very personable and took extra care with the fragile items. The amount I spent also includes the tip since we had to make two trips. Well worth the money!

The men arrived on time, took care with all our belongings and moved everything we asked them to. We used them twice over a couple of weeks as we did were remodeling our first floor. They were efficient, strong and careful. Excellent workers.

I was in awe of these guys!  I hired 3 men at $92/hour (you can also do 2 men at $77/hour) to move us from our 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Indy to our new home in Fishers.  We had already taken a lot of things to the house ourselves (2 adults - no children), but we still had a large amount of boxes, all the food out of the refrigerator, the refrigerator itself (36 inch wide 2 door), a washer and dryer, queen sized bed, a huge heavy armoire, a large leather recliner, sofa, a 51 inch TV and 2 other flat screens, and miscellaneous furniture and boxes.  Not to mention 2 grills, a smoker, and odds and ends in our attached storage shed..
These guys were supposed to show up between 8 and 9 a.m. on a Saturday.  They actually showed up a little before 8 a.m. and got right to work.  We went into each room and I showed them what was going and what I was leaving behind.  They started loading things up and had everything in the house loaded up in ONE HOUR.  They had some problems getting the refrigerator out the door of the house, but were diligent and careful not to bang it up in the process.  It took us 15 or 20 minutes to drive to the new house, where they unloaded everything in ONE HOUR. 
They add a 30 minute trip charge to the total move time, so from door to door, it cost $257!!!  I couldn't believe it!  Not to mention, it was in the 90's that day with high humidity.  These guys (Jeff, Darrell and Steve) worked their butts off.  We had the same problem getting the refrigerator into the new house, but they persevered and left no marks on it.  And they hooked up my washer and dryer too.
We tipped them on top of the $257 and they earned every penny of it.  I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers.  They're outstanding!

They did a great job. Said what cost was upfront. I called them yesterday morning and the job was done by yesterday afternoon - the response time was fantastic.

After arriving on the day of the move, they told me at that time that they only take cash or credit - no checks (I was planning on a check). They brought four guys instead of three (as they had quoted me), and since they charge by the guy, I asked why they had four. They thought they were doing a flat rate move. They ended up charging me for four guys while they worked in Indy and then sent one guy home. This was NOT what we had agreed on. Once they realized it was an hourly job, they significantly slowed down their pace. During the move they broke several things amounting to $400 of damage. They initially only gave us $32 off of our bill. I contacted the office they day after the move and one other time and did not get any response. The third time I called they lady actually told me that she "forgot" to follow up. It took me three weeks to get an answer out of them and they only agreed to pay for 1/2 of the damage. They refunded me about $150.

Very unprofessional. Only had one truck, so they had to make two trips. Movers took several smoke breaks (over an hour that was billed to me of course) and wanted to go by the store to pick up some soft drinks, on the way to my new home. Since they bill by the hour, I had to go out on my own to pick up drinks for them. I also had to return twice to my old house, for items they left behind. Once to pick up screws they left behind for the baby's bed and again for a dolly. They scratched up my washer and dryer and left the floor of my old home home dirty and marked up, which I later had to go back and clean. They complained about items they had to move and when I asked them not to park on the driveway, they continuously complained and told me it would cost me much more, because of the extra time & work it would take for them to walk up my drive way. They only moved large items from my home that was 5 miles away and it took them 9 hours. Very slow! Would not hire again.

We needed movers that worked by the hour to move various items around in our home plus move items to a different home. I was a little concerned because of some of the comments about the company, but went with them because it was last minute and they were available. I thought they were fine. We used 3 guys at the rate of $80 per hour. They did what we asked, were careful with our items and finished within the timeframe that we expected.

They did a fine job. They were very careful with my fragile items. They used a lot of paper!

THE MOVERS WERE A LITTLE LATE, BUT THEY CALLED TO LET US KNOW BEFORE THE TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE. WORK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DAMAGE AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW SMOOTH AND EASY OUR MOVE WENT WITH ALL-STAR. THE THREE MOVERS WORKED VERY HARD AND WERE VERY CAREFUL.

SCOTT & JIM WERE ON TIME, HARD-WORKING, POLITE, REASSURING ON CARE OF FURNITURE, & DID A GOOD JOB.

THE MOVERS WERE VERY POLITE AND CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT OUR BELONGINGS. ADDITIONALLY, THEY WERE ABLE TO NEARLY MATCH THE BEST QUOTES THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM SEVERAL COMPANIES - GIVING ME A BETTER MOVING & PACKING PRICE THAN ANYONE ELSE. (MANY OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE LOWER IN ONE AREA AND HIGHER IN THE OTHER. ALL STAR WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME THE BEST PRICE FOR MOVING US AND FOR PACKING US.) WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
