All Source Restoration Inc

While this company appeared to be punctual and professional at first, this was clearly was not the case.  We had a leak in an overflow bathtub drain and had water damage, as a result, in our kitchen ceiling. We were referred to Rick Smith with All Source from the plumber that fixed our leak. Rick was at the house after the leak repair within 1 hour. He stated that he would be back to the house to set up the dry out within the next day. He did, in fact, show up the next day, but at 1000pm, which was much later than he stated he would be at our home.  He stated that he would stop by each day to check on the dry out process, however 2 days went by without any communication. We had to contact him to find out when he would be by to check on the process.  After 5 days of drying out, he came by with 2 other men to complete the mitigation portion of the repair.  He had two of his employees rip up our ceramic tile in our bathroom, and did in fact clean up afterwards.  He stated that he would be by within the next two business days to show me tile samples, this never happened and now I have no bathroom floor.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  The lack of professionalism was blaring after 2 weeks of dealing with this individual.
