Todd the owner came out and we couldn't be more pleased with the visit. He tested everything and surprisingly enough let us know that our unit was in great shape! He cleaned all the internal parts including the condenser and coil and we only needed to have the filter changed (couldn't tell you the last time we had!)
This guy knew his stuff. We signed up for a preventative maintenance program and will have him take care of the furnace as well. I also recommended him to my employer as he services commercial units as well.
There are obviously a ton of folks out here doing this service but I think we found a good one. I'd say go for it!
