This was a wonderful company to work with. Everyone was punctual (very important) and professional from beginning to end. They even did work that we did not discuss at the time of estimate to ensure that the job was done properly. Just an awesome company all around!

Mick Keller was the salesman.He took photos to explain what was going on. We had snow on our drive.I told him NOT to drive up it,but he did anyway.On the way down he smashed several driveway lights.He said"Oh ,I'll pay for them" He never did,would not returm my calls either.It cost $300.00 to fix them. A crew came out,dug for 2 days,put in a fan and another sump pump.All fixed,or so I thought. when it rained angain,water was back in the enterence to my crawl space.another guy came out and said that the only problem I had was the drain inside the enterence was clogged.I got it unclogged and later found out that my crawlspace was still wet causing mold ect.the drains they dug were not connected to anything in my crawlspace.I' need to have the whole thing dug up,and a reliable company fix it correctly this time.

I am still having some leaks. After it rains a lot I see water puddles in the basement. They have come out several times to correct some of their mistakes. A supervisor was out recently trying to figure out where the water was coming from. One complaint I had was that they did not smooth the floor when the poured the new concrete. Their responsive is very good. They follow up on their work and they've come back to check and see if things are alright.

WORK TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN QUOTED, SHOWED UP AT 10 LEFT AT 3, REMOVED CONCRETE BLOCKS THAT BELONGED TO ME AND DID NOT RETURN. I HAD THEM COME BACK TO COMPLETE UNFINISHED WORK. JOB WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE 1 WEEK TOOK 3.

THEY'VE HAVE HAD TO COME OUT A FEW TIMES, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEMS COMING BACK. THERE IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I HAD THIS INSTALLED THIS IN FEBRUARY AND BECAUSE OF THE SNOW AND MUD THIS WAS A MESSY JOB, THERE WAS A LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE LANDSCAPING BUT I NEVER MENTIONED IT TO THEM.

LIFETIME WARRANTY. OVERALL WAS A B+. REALLY GOOD WITH FOLLOW UP & RESPONSE IF THERES A PROBLEM. RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY.
