He is very confident and friendly. The price was reasonable. He arrived when he said he would be here. He also did some handyman work-took out a fan and mounted a TV. I would recommend them to anyone.

called Mr. Ken to get come and check out my husband shower wall and get a price quote on repairs. He came when he told my husband and came back to discuss the repairs and cost with me as well. We agree on the service. Mr. Ken was a very, very nice man with a great personality to match. He said that he would be there @ 10.00 am that morning and he actually showed up @ 9:30 ready to do the work. I was very impress with him, his attitude and when he finish the job I was impress with his work as well. He also fix my door which led to the garage that we could not get to stay close. Well done Mr. Ken. I would hire him again, and again.

It worked very well. Ken is clearly knowledgeable and careful. He did great work and gave us excellent advice on what was needed. He sold us what we needed and helped us save money where we could. It was so easy as he got everything and showed up quickly to do the work. Highly recommended him.

Ken performed a thorough estimate which the cost came in well below other competitors. He did a great job, making sure that he had good quality materials to work with and performed the work with the time frame he assessed during the estimate. It is evident that Ken is very knowledgeable in bathroom remodeling, not only from talking with him but also from his finished product.

Ken is very good to work with, he is very detail minded and does a terrific job. He came to the job and advised that he felt that the tub was improperly installed in the first place (Ken did not do the original install) and assured me that he would get it right. When he was finished the job looked great and his clean up was perfect.

The fellow was nice looking and was courteous. When he came to talk to me about the work, he thought it would be a couple of days to complete the work. He did a good job. However, it took a long time because I needed a large window removed and a small one put in. He had to do all the preparation. I have an old house. So, it took a long time to complete the job. I just feel that he should have given a closer quote on the time frame. The quote was fine on the cost. He stuck to it. I am very happy with his work. He did leave a leak. However, he had checked the work three times and he had not known that there was a leak. I didn't know it either, until my son pointed it out to me. The guy came out immediately and apologized to me for the same. It wasn't his fault. He responded immediately. The work cost me $2303. The bathroom looks really nice now. I will use this company again in the future.

The new caulking looks very nice.

We have had like 3 different plumbers in the last 8 years and none of them had been able to figure out the issue. He was able to locate it and finally stop it. He was amazing. His price was very reasonable. We would use him again in future.

Ken was very punctual he fixed the problem leak, cleaned the mess up with nothing being left behind. Ken is very polite and professional.

It looks great! It's amazing what an improvement it made to the bathroom. The work was done with attention to detail (caulking looks better than it did before), the people who came out to do the work were very professional (one of them was an owner) & they cleaned up everything before they left. It looks better than I expected it would.
