All Brite Chem-Dry

Owner Tom Minor and assistant Casey arrived a little early which was good. He called first to see if it would be OK. He allowed an Anglies List coupon price and said I could go for the 3 room price instead of 5 room and add extras for closet and one throw rug which was still cheaper overall. He offered two upsets to the basic package and we took the Stain Fighter for just a little more than what I originally expected to pay. Tom and Casey first vacuumed and then ran their patented cleaning process and vacuumed again when done. They moved a heavy sectional to permit vacuum underneath. The carpet is original almost 13 years ago and never cleaned; it looks great. Tom and Casey did a super job. Turns out they cleaned the carpet for a neighbor a few months ago. Would definitely recommend. Tom runs a very trustworthy company in our opinion and does what he promises.

Very well, removed pet stains and odor

I called and reached the owner and explained I needed the carpet done pretty quick and explained some areas where are cat had sprayed. He come to our home and sent me pictures that show areas that the eye can not see. He was very quick and got just about every stain out of the carpet. Not only does the carpet look great but it fills softer as well. I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Great service and went as expected

We were very pleased with the results. The carpet looked even better than we expected. Bill was conscientious and professional and it was clear he intended to do a good job before he even started. We opted for the sanitizer and protectant. There were also some extra dirty areas that Bill was able to clean up. We have used this company before and are always happy with the results.

Everything went very well. Tim came the next day (on a weekend) to do the job. He worked hard . to clean some high traffic areas and get rid of the dog odor and dog hair.

Tom arrived promptly and was very nice to do business with. He took special care in explaining the cleaning process, and in handling our breakables. The price to clean both area rugs, and our two rooms was very reasonable, as Tom offered optional prices for different services. He was very diligent in removing spots. Quite a perfectionist! In the end my mom and my husband and I were thrilled to see our carpet super clean and sanitized!! It looked and smelled great! I also appreciate that it took only a couple of hours to dry and not all day. I'm so glad that we used All Brite Chem Dry, and will definitely be using Tom's services again! Thanks Tom!

there was more water than estimated. Tom stuck to the original estimate--brought in more drying equipment but did not charge more. its hard to find this kind of service these days

Tom was very polite and not pushy on adding services. He was very thorough in his work. The end result was great. The cost was very reasonable.

I have several pets so my carpet was a challenge. I had to work on a few spots he did not get out. He was nice and did the best with what he had to work with.

Tom was friendly, considerate and did an excellent job our carpet is about 15 yrs old and it looks like new very happy. We've had him do our carpets for about 5 yrs.

This company is great. They got the carpets cleaner than I expected. One area rug was wool imported from India with a large tomato sauce stain. They made sure the colors didn't bleed and removed the whole stain. They used a special cleaner on the upstairs pet urine stain and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely use this company again!
