Trent is always the one who comes out. He is very honest. He had a guy help him carry out the old units, and carry the new ones in. He did the whole installation himself. He is a very good worker. I have used them for at least 15 years, and would highly recommend.

It went great! I called Trent to look at A/C unit that stopped working. He was able to come out that day, access problems and fix unit. The A/C unit needed to be recharged and Trent did it in a timely manner. Fair pricing and good personality go a long way! Thanks for the great service!!!

Plumbing guy was good, professional and got the job done nicely though the price charged was high.
HVAC guy was also good and professional. I bought the twice a year service check up from them and price at $99 is very reasonable.

Per Trent's advice we installed a new heat pump and a  new electric furnace with a new humidifier.  They installed it all in one day and he and his crew were very professional, courteous and tidy.  This decision has resulted in us saving approximately 40-50% in our electric bill.  I referred Trent to my parents who installed a new system in their home..!!  Very Satisfied with his company..!!!

Trent has always been a joy to work with. He originally installed the furnace, and has returned for regular maintenance several times since then. This last winter was very harsh in Indianapolis, and I happened to notice that my furnace was making a slightly odd sound. I called him and he made himself available within a couple of days, (which was amazing considering the call volume he had to be getting because of the weather.) He has always accomodated my crazy schedule and was able to meet me at my house after I got off work at 5:15. My motor had literally JUST gone out as soon as he got there. (This would make me suspicious except for the fact I saw and felt the bearing sleeve myself and knew what he was telling me was true.) He was able to get a new motor within an hour and a half, and replaced it immediately. I'm am so thankful for this because my pipes would have froze had it not been for his rapid service! I will gladly continue to use Trent for my HVAC needs.

Started having furnace problems on a sunday night and called All American because I had a coupon for $35 off a service call. They came out first thing Monday morning and looked at the furnace and said that something must be clogging the air intake. So he removed the pipe from the furnace and left it off of the vent as a fix to the problem. He was there about 20 minutes, no parts were replaced and nothing was repaired, just removed the pipe and wiped off the vent.... cost was $150 (that was with the coupon). Furnace worked fine for a little over a week and went out again. I called All American back and they came out first thing the next morning to look at the furnace again since it was under a 30 day labor warranty there was no charge for the 2nd visit. He could not find any parts that needed replaced on the furnace and said that the furnace was over 20 years old and just needed to be replaced. He got the furnace working by propping the intake pipe half way on, half way off the vent and said leave it there (don't put it completely on, and don't take completely off)... that was the fix and said he wouldn't be able to do anything else to the furnace, his suggestion was to just replace it with a new one and that would run us around $3200.  After the 2nd visit, I felt like they just did not want to deal with our furnace problems anymore and did not want to have to come back out anymore if it happened again so they just said we needed a new furnace because it was old.
I called an independent contractor to come look at the furnace after All American left. Erm showed up within 10 minutes... I told him what the furnace had been doing. He said it sounded like an igniter issue... took it out, cleaned it off, put the intake pipe back on the furnace and it has been running great ever since. I told him what All American had said about having to replace the furnace and he did not agree at all. He said he wouldn't even think about replacing it yet... it might be older but it was in pretty good shape for its age. He only charged me $20 for the visit and I haven't had any problems with the furnace since. I will not recommend All American to anyone that asks... in my opinion they are too high priced for the little amount of work they did and the problem was not fixed to my satisfaction. On a positive note, they were polite and on time.

Always available when we need them, prompt and most of all, don't try to upsell.  They fix the problem -- nothing more, nothing less.  Very professional and our clients can trust them to provide an accurate diagnosis and make the repair as needed.

TECHNICIAN WAS WILLING TO COME TO OUR HOME AT 8:00 P.M. ON A THURSDAY EVENING, ALTHOUGH HE MISJUDGED HOW MUCH TIME WOULD BE NEEDED FOR THE PRIOR CALL AND WAS LATER THAN HE SAID HE WOULD BE (WHICH WAS NOT REALLY A PROBLEM FOR US.) HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. HE SEARCHED FOR LEAKS AND PUT 5 POUNDS OF FREON IN THE CENTRAL AIR UNIT, WHICH TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES. HE COULDN'T FIND ANY LEAKS, AND HE TOLD US THAT WE MAY NEED A DYE TEST TO FIND THE LEAK. HE SAID THAT DEPENDING ON WHERE THE LEAK WAS, IT MAY BE CHEAPER TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT. ALTHOUGH HE SAID HE REFILLED THE UNIT, IT WAS BLOWING HOT AIR AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. WE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY (DIAL ONE) TO COME OUT. THEY FOUND A FEW LEAKS AND HAD TO REFILL THE FREON AGAIN. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY BELIEVED IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT 5 POUNDS OF FREON IN OUR CENTRAL AIR UNIT IN 10 MINUTES.
