Kern showed up time, was incredibly helpful and professional. This was such an easy process, and we are thrilled with how our shades look in the room. We looked at the options, Kern measured the windows, provided a recommendation on the color and we ordered them. Easy as that! They came in when she estimated they would and had the installer ready to put them in. He was also very courteous, punctual and professional. The shades are a bit pricey, but they are high-quality and worth it!

She has the newest Hunter Douglas products available. She gave me a very wide selection to choose from. She enlightened me about Window coverings with her professionalism and knowledgable. All the Hunter Douglas products were very innovative and affordable.

They were reliable and they measured everything perfectly. They had a fairly quick turn-around. The owner is very personable and extremely accommodating to my schedule. I've used them in the past.
